Sindy joined G-Force back in 2017 as a Business Development 
Manager and spent several years asserting her mark on the 
recruitment industry. During this time, Sindy has gained an 
enormous amount of respect from all our clients.

Over the last few years, Sindy has shown such a strong sense of 
loyalty and dedication to G-Force that it only seemed natural for 
her to progress into the Operation Manager’s role. A role that she 
has settled in to naturally.

Sindy is able to control and support the business from an Operations 
perspective whilst still having an extremely passionate connection with 
our clients and ensuring their aspirations and requirements are always delivered.

Sindy is always on the go and loves nothing more than spending time 
with friends and family, eating out, watching live bands and walking
her dog Mazey.
