We are looking for skilled, reliable, and safety-focused Bendi / FLT Drivers to join the warehouse team at a well-established and fast-growing home and garden retailer based at their Banbury depot. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a thriving business where your contribution directly supports the smooth and efficient delivery of high-quality products to customers across the UK.
As a Bendi / FLexi Forklift Driver, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations — responsible for the safe handling, storage, and movement of stock using both Bendi and Forklift Trucks. You’ll need to hold a valid Bendi and/or Flexi Forklift licence and bring a proactive attitude to maintaining a safe, tidy, and efficient workspace.
If you’re looking for a secure and rewarding role with long-term potential, in a company that values teamwork, high standards, and personal growth — we’d love to hear from you.

- Keep warehouse areas clean, organised, and free from hazards.
- Work closely with the wider warehouse and logistics team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Report any defects or maintenance issues with equipment promptly.
The requirements as a Forklift Driver include:
- Valid Bendi Truck and/or Counterbalance FLT licence (in-date certification).
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.

- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Flexible and reliable, with a proactive attitude towards daily tasks.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
