Job Description:

As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you will be an integral part of the production and logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of materials and products.

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our client’s team in Banbury.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Safely operate forklifts to load and unload raw materials, finished goods, and supplies from trucks and storage areas.
  • Work closely with production teams, warehouse staff, and logistics personnel to ensure the seamless flow of materials.
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay up to date with forklift operation best practices and safety standards.

The requirements of this role include:

  • A valid forklift operator certification or license is required.
  • Prior experience as a forklift driver is preferred, especially in a similar manufacturing or warehouse setting.
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and the ability to operate forklifts safely in a busy environment.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with other team members, including warehouse personnel, supervisors, and logistics staff.

Shift Times:

12:00 – 20:00

Monday to Friday

Pay Rates:

£12.80 per hour
