Customer Service Agent – Middlesex

My client, a well-known Aviation Company is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Customer Service Agent to join their team.

The Role:

Main duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Assisting with the day to day operation of the Express Customer Services Department

  • Answering customer queries via both email and telephone

  • Running reports and tracking overseas Agents for information on deliveries to ensure on time performance

  • Updating the clients bespoke system with data relating to tracking

  • Inputting proof of deliveries into the clients bespoke system


The Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have the below experience and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an international courier company is essential, with a minimum of 6 months’ experience

  • An Air Cargo Security Training Certificate is desired, but not essential as full training can be given   

  • High level customer service skills and good attention to detail

  • Good and accurate data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages

  • Ability to work on your own initiative and work as a team


All candidates must be able to provide their last 5 years residential and working history with written references along with wet signatures. You will also be required to have a CRC or DBS check completed before starting employment.

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30

Salary: Up to £23,000 per year dependent on experience
