Warehouse Supervisor – Bicester

Our client, a well-established production company based in Bicester, is currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.

The Role:

Main duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Work to standard operating procedures in line with company procedures and maintain high standards of housekeeping

• Always be time and task managed and disciplined so deadlines are met and take initiative to outperform set goals

• High level of care, efficiently and accuracy when checking in, monitoring goods received and processing PO’s from supplier delivery notes to ensure they match. You will also be required to report any shortages, errors, damages and discrepancies upon receipt immediately

• Determine and track most important warehouse KPI’s

• Carry out routine inventory stock checks and ordering new supplies in a timely manner

• Carry out daily checks on forklifts, company vehicles and ensure all loads are distributed safely between delivery vehicles

The Person:

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience in a similar role

• Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills along with strong organisational skills and a good work ethic

• Be numerical, focused on accuracy and have a good attention to detail

• Have good IT skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and Office 365

Holding a Counterbalance and Reach Forklift license and having H&S basic or higher is desirable, but not essential

Hours: Monday - Friday 8 hours a day

Pay: £28,000 per annum
