Our client, an internationally recognised company based in Oxford is currently recruiting for a temporary HR Administrator. This role is to offer support to the HR team through a transitional period and restructure of the current operations team


The Role:


Main duties will include, but not be limited to:


  • Being part of a panel undertaking interviews of internal applicants and being responsible for scoring them.

  • Assessing presentations offering insights to management team

  • Assisting with the day to day operations of HR functions and duties, including clerical and administrative support to the HR team

  • Assisting candidates on a one to one basis, completing their settled and pre-settled status applications, along with conducting documentation checks and explaining the Brexit application process

  • Maintaining personnel files, copying, verifying, scanning and updating for HR purposes

  • Ensuring the Brexit file log is updated and liaising with Managers and employees to confirm this is accurate

  • Assisting with temp-perm contracts, offer letters and offer packs

  • All other duties which may be required from the Management team from time to time


The Person:


The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of:


  • Data entry and administration experience, along with being IT literate with Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Be GCSE Level 3 or equivalent in Maths and English

  • Have knowledge of health, safety and environmental awareness, knowledge of Brexit and HR policies and procedures

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Have a positive attitude, work calmly under pressure, have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
