£22,000 - £23,000 per annum

As the second in command the Sous Chef will support the head chef and deputise for them when necessary, they will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and keeping the kitchen running smoothly. The Sous chef will oversee and be involved in food preparation and cooking whilst maintaining outstanding hygiene. The Sous Chef will assist to develop the menu and specials for the food board.
