Engineering Maintenance Manager
Engineering Maintenance Manager- Witney
Our client based in Witney are looking for an Engineering Maintenance Manager to join their team.
As a Engineering maintenance manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the engineering team on site, along with ensuring the full maintenance and functionality of the assets.
You will be effectively managing the engineering team to reduce breakdowns through PPM and critical path analysis of downtime.
You will ensure that you contribute heavily to the sites KPI’s through effective engineering task management including best practices used around the business, parts valuation and stock control.
You will be required to conduct team tools talks, 1:1 PDR reviews and drive training for the team to ensure that the necessary skills required for the tasks are received for each team member.
Minimum qualifications required or equal to be:
Health and Safety- IOSH, NEBOSH.
Engineering- Mechanical engineering NVQ L3, C&G L3.
Engineering- Electrical engineering NVQ L3, C&G L3.
Other skill advantageous- IPAF Licence, confined space training, duty hold experience, Legionella awareness.
Audit experience- Understand and have worked with auditors to attain BRC and other customer required standards.
The successful candidate must be hands on and have a can do attitude. Must be capable of working in an ever changing dynamic environment. Must be flexible towards the needs of the business, able to travel to receive training, forward thinking, able to think on your feet, a good problem solver whilst offering cost effective innovative solution.
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 7am-5pm Monday- Friday. 40 hours week. Flexible depending on business requirements.
Salary: £48,000-£55,000 per annum depending on experience.
