Customer Care Executive – Kirtlington
My client, an internationally recognised business based in Kirtlington are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Care Executive
The Role:
Main duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Taking inbound phone calls, placing orders, developing a good rapport with customers and resolving any queries they may have

Log customer interactions on SFDC and manage through the resolution

Process returns and repairs within the departments SLA’s

Maintain product and systems knowledge in order to support customers, especially on a new products
-
Ensure customer orders are processed and handled to company procedures and timescales accurately and efficiently
The Person:
The ideal candidate will be expected to:
-
Follow all HR policies

Meet all performance and behaviour expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal

Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners

Have a good knowledge of order entry systems
-
Knowledge of CRM and Finance systems
-
Have an excellent phone manner and the ability to be communicate via phone, email and social media
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00
Pay: £19,000 per annum plus on target bonus of 10%
Start Date: 1st February 2019
