Customer Care Executive – Kirtlington

 

My client, an internationally recognised business based in Kirtlington are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Care Executive

 

The Role:

 

Main duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

 

  • Taking inbound phone calls, placing orders, developing a good rapport with customers and resolving any queries they may have

  • Log customer interactions on SFDC and manage through the resolution

  • Process returns and repairs within the departments SLA’s

  • Maintain product and systems knowledge in order to support customers, especially on a new products

  • Ensure customer orders are processed and handled to company procedures and timescales accurately and efficiently

The Person:

 

The ideal candidate will be expected to:

 

  • Follow all HR policies

  • Meet all performance and behaviour expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal

  • Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners

  • Have a good knowledge of order entry systems

  • Knowledge of CRM and Finance systems

  • Have an excellent phone manner and the ability to be communicate via phone, email and social media

 

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00

Pay: £19,000 per annum plus on target bonus of 10%

Start Date: 1st February 2019
