G-Force is looking to recruit an exceptional Consultant with a proven track record of retaining business and of servicing medium and large client accounts.
We are currently experiencing amazing business growth and need to increase our team in order to support all of the New Business.
You will be working with warm clients with an already established candidate base as well as having new business directed to you via our business development manager and sales director
G-Force would be interested in receiving CV's from all recruitment professionals looking for new opportunities or to further their current career.
You will be responsible for generating and managing candidates and working in partnership with clients to deliver expert recruitment advice.
You will have the skills and experience to develop existing relationships with clients and the drive to open the door to new opportunities. In addition to being tenacious and commercial, you will also have proven experience of developing your knowledge base within your specialist area to enable you to deliver creative and innovative solutions to your clients and differentiate yourself from your competition.
Successful candidates ideally will have a minimum of 12 - 24 months experience in a recruitment environment and have worked in a financially targeted, KPI, fast paced dynamic recruitment led business.

G-Force would need to see evidence through the interview process that potential candidates can demonstrate the following abilities:
- Full day to day management of existing client’s relationships including regular client visits
- Understanding your clients needs and offering key relevant solutions
- Identifying high calibre candidates
- Manage your desk in line with financial targets
