Customer Service Advisor
Customer Service Adviser – Buckingham
My client, based in Buckingham is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their small team of 4.
The Role:
Main duties will include, but not be limited to:

Dealing with customers via telephone and email, responding to incoming queries and enquires in a timely manner.

Providing high quality support to all existing and potential customers

Inputting all relevant information on the database and insuring this is kept accurate at all times.
Due to the nature of the role candidates are required to have excellent spoken and written English along with an excellent telephone manner. Potential candidates must also have the ability to work as part of a team and have exceptional organisational and time management skills. You will also be confident in using Microsoft Office packages
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00
Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 dependant on experience
Start Time: Immediate
