Customer Services Advisor
The primary role of Customer Service Advisor is to provide support both internally and to customers. Therefore, this job role can be fairly varied depending on the needs on a week-to –week basis. However, key duties will include:

Taking orders from customers

Answering the phone

Invoicing
-
Customer’s query

Dealing with complaints

Equipment and branding ordering

Looking after sales team

General customer service and administrative duties
The candidate would need to be well organized, confident communicator as this role will involve constant interaction with a range of different people and personalities.
