Administration & Finance Assistant

My client has a fantastic opportunity for an Administration & Finance Assistant within their very successful Solicitors firm to provide support to both the administrative and finance functions of the practice.

Main responsibilities / Duties include

  • Provide cover on Reception.

  • Manage, archive, retrieval of files, update electronic records and liaise with providers.

  • To register and store Deed’s and Will’s, filing paper work, photocopying and maintaining accurate records electronically.

  • Keeping all records up to date and undertake regular audit data cleansing.

  • Provide assistance to the Accounts department and Practice Manager as and when required.

  • Ensure all equipment is maintained, by co-ordinating maintenance by appropriate contractors.

  • Assist with IT equipment setup, movements and other task’s required.

  • Willing to learn audio typing if required.

  • Liaise with the practice manager with regards to any minor works, repairs or maintenance that needs to be carried out.

  • To ensure meeting rooms are nice and tidy ready for meeting’s and assist with refreshments.

    You may also be required to assist with any other requirements asked.

    The successful candidate would be willing to travel to the Bicester branch at least 2 days a week, Have experience working within a similar role, knowledge of IT and word processing and a willingness to learn.

    Location: Oxford and Bicester

    Salary: £17k

    Monday – Friday – 8.30am – 5pm (flexible hours, school hours may also be an option)
