Cleaning Supervisor - Gaydon

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor based in Gaydon.

This is a great opportunity for an experianced Cleaning Supervisor.

• Hours: 15:00pm - 23:00pm

• Start Date: ASAP - immediate interviews and starts available for the right candidates.

Duties include:

• Managing, and maintaining a strong team of cleaners
• Dealing with any disputes i.e. disciplinary procedures
• Ensuring all staff take mandatory breaks
• Covering staff members absences, including taking on their cleaning responsibilities for the evening

As a team member you should be able to show the following skills and abilities:

• Excellent time keeping and attendance.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience
• MUST be able to get themselves to and from site due to the location and shift times.
• They must also be able to show a highly competent ability to deliver all aspects of cleaning.
