G-Force Logistics are expanding their team and are looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant. We are looking to discuss this opportunity with consultants who are looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to apply their skills and experience with a company that is focused towards their development.
At G-Force, we have over 18 years of experience. We have developed business relationships with a wide range of clients across the UK and are currently looking for additional consultants to build and develop those relationships.
We work a little differently here at G-Force, the environment is supportive, the targets are achievable. The sales aspect of our business is bought to you by our business development team. There is no requirement for cold selling. You also have a team of resourcer’s at your disposal that are focused and dedicated to finding you the candidates your clients require.
We currently recruit from within the Industrial and Driving sectors for various clients across the UK. We are recruiting in numerous different areas demographically and are now looking for consultants who can help drive forward our current levels of business.
Our consultants are given all the tools and support they need to develop both themselves and their desks, we do not dictate, we do not plan your days, we set achievable targets and offer you all the support required to achieve them.
Within the business we have a strong management structure, a strong business development team and a strong support structure. We now need to develop and grow the client facing aspect of our business. This is the role of our consultants.
The role of a Consultant consists of:
- Daily client contact –discussing any additional requirements with your clients
- Weekly Service visits with your clients
- Checking in with your working candidates
- Discussions with the resourcing team supervisor – Identifying and agreeing your priority candidate requirements
- Video calls with ‘Live – ready to work’ candidates
- Weekly revenue Forecasting
- Timesheet admin
The ideal candidate will have a minimum two year’s previous recruitment experience with the ability to manage and focus the support team around them. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be ultimately responsible for increasing the business by maximising the potential within your current client portfolio.
We offer an extremely competitive basic salary, this will be based on your previous earnings to ensure we are able to maintain salary expectations. We also offer a generous uncapped and achievable commission structure. We work in nice modern offices and our team are supportive and friendly.
