4X Production Operatives – Bicester

Our client, a well-established Food Production Company are currently recruiting for 4X Production Operatives to join their team.

Main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Ensuring that the product is manufactured to the required specification, adhering to quality systems and procedures at all times and that documentation and data entries are completed accurately and in a timely manner

• Ensuring that Standard operating procedures are followed at all times

• Ensure that good manufacturing Practices are followed and PPE worn correctly

• Manufacture and pack products ensuring that targets are met

• Stacking and palletising products, 8kgs, 12kgs and up to 25kgs

• Labelling of products

• Assembling and erecting boxes

• Loading the line with products

Successful candidates will have previous experience in a similar role and be flexible to work a rotating shift pattern.

Hours: Monday – Friday on a rotating shift pattern of 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00

Pay: £9.00 per hour, rising to £9.23 per hour after 12 weeks
