Customer Service Assistant – Long Crendon
Our client, a well-established international company are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join their team.
Main duties will include, but not be limited to:
Tracking shipments if a collection has failed or if orders have gone missing
Working with shipment companies, such as DHL to arrange bookings/collections
Liaising with international companies
Providing general administration support
The successful candidate will be confident with using Microsoft Office programmes including Excel and Outlook. They will also have previous experience working within a similar role.
Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00
Job Type: Temp – Perm
Pay Rate: £10.00 per hour , rising to £10.50 per hour after 12 weeks
Start Date: 02.01.20
