Machine Operators – Banbury

Our client, a well-established manufacturer based in Banbury, Oxfordshire is currently recruiting 7X Machine Operators to join their expanding team.

The Role:

Main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Operating production machinery in a team of 3

• Constantly clearing excess from production

• Ensuring you have a good eye for detail and being able to inspect defects and flaws

• Supporting with all other warehouse duties

• Adhering to all health and safety procedures 

The Person:

The successful candidate will be physically fit due to the nature of the role, be flexible with working hours for when overtime occurs, have good spoken and written English and a mature approach towards work.

Hours: Monday – Friday on a rotating shift pattern of 06:00 – 13:30 and 13:30 – 21:00. There is also a night shift available on a 21:50 – 06:10 shift

Pay: £10.13 - £11.63 per hour
